Focus Areas

Haiti

In January 2009, One Vision discovered 124 orphans in Cabaret, Haiti living in an abandoned night club. Within a matter of months, One Vision found a sponsor for each child to help provide food, water, medicine and other basic needs. In August 2009, One Vision finalized the purchase of 40 acres of land in Arcahaie, where the first One Vision Hub is currently being built. The Hub will consist of an orphanage, a clinic, a church, as well as a school and an agricultural project that will serve the entire community of 5,000.

One Vision works with local pastors and community leaders in to help with various projects to improve living conditions for those in need. We are also actively involved with a church plant in the Santo Domingo.

Brazil

We support a drug and alcohol addiction recovery center in Brazil to help facilitate rehabilitation. Past construction projects have included building a fence around the recovery center, a church and a parsonage.

Kenya

Specific donations for Kenya will go towards purchasing Bible Story Cloths and Bibles to distribute to the Mossai people group. Other donations can be designated to sponsor a child to receive an education or provide food for a family. If you would like to make a donation to go towards a specific country's needs, please go to the get involved page for instructions on sending a donation.

Sponsor a child

A child sponsorship is $50 per month. Learn more about our sponsorship program.

Your money will go directly to the purchase of food and necessary medicines for a child at our orphanage in Haiti. As a donor, you will sponsor a specific child. One Vision will send you a photo and information about your child. We encourage all child sponsor participants to consider going on a trip and meeting your child in person.
